Description
The water tanker is manufactured from 4mm mild steel plate. All corners are mounted corner to corner, and complete container is welded inside and outside.
100mm pipe with lid is fitted on top of cover plate to fill container, also a 100mm back outlet pipe is fitted for water to drain.
Level gauges are fitted to the rear of tanks with a platform and steps to fill container from the top.
There is an option to fit gate valve, or an engine to discharge sewerage under pressure
and to fill the container with sewerage via engine and pump.
After fully welding is completed the tank will be cleaned, sanded and then pressure tested.
As soon as the QC is signed off to our standards, the container is prepared for a rust-free marine spec primer inside and outside.
Final coat of enamel paint of customers colour choice is applied inside and outside.
